Last updated September 21, 2026

Licence and scope

These Terms are the end-user licence agreement between you and Idion for Celindar. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Celindar for your own use on devices you own or control, subject to applicable store usage rules.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer Celindar except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use Celindar for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms.

Acceptable use

Use Celindar lawfully and as intended. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions about Celindar, we may use them without obligation to you. This does not transfer ownership of your tasks or other local content.

Intellectual property

Celindar, its software, design, and content belong to Idion and its licensors. These Terms grant a licence to use the app, not ownership of it.

Availability

Celindar is provided on an availability basis. Some features depend on your device, iOS, Apple services, Google services, or a network connection, and may be unavailable or interrupted.

Changes to Celindar

We may change, add, or remove features as Celindar develops. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice where a material change affects the app.

Third-party terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Celindar. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the App Store version and may enforce them.

Ending use

You may stop using Celindar at any time by deleting the app and, where relevant, disconnecting Google Calendar. We may end or restrict use if required by law or if these Terms are materially breached.

Disclaimers

Celindar is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Idion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from Celindar. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Resolving a dispute

Contact [email protected] first if something goes wrong. If we cannot resolve it informally, the courts identified below have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.

Governing law

Celindar is operated by Idion in Spain. These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Export compliance

You may not use or export Celindar except as permitted by the laws of Spain, the European Union, the United States, and the place where you obtained it.

App Store terms

For the App Store version, these Terms are between you and Idion, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to Celindar. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
