How Padelco uses AI to support your training, and its limitations.

How AI is used

Padelco uses AI to analyze your training data and generate coaching feedback, performance insights, and suggestions to support your progress as a padel player.

Informational, not prescriptive

AI-generated recommendations in Padelco are informational. They are intended to support your training, not to replace the judgment of a qualified coach or, where relevant, medical professional.

You remain responsible

You remain responsible for your own training decisions and how you choose to act on Padelco's suggestions. If you have concerns about injury, fitness, or health, consult a qualified professional rather than relying on the app alone.

Automated decision-making

Padelco’s AI-generated coaching feedback is designed to inform your own decisions, not to make decisions about you. It does not produce automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and it is not used to evaluate or score you for any purpose beyond the coaching feedback itself.

Limitations

AI models make mistakes. Padelco's coaching feedback can be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation, especially in edge cases the model hasn't seen enough of.

Continuous improvement

We continue to refine how Padelco's AI features work based on how the app is actually used, including where its feedback falls short.

Privacy considerations

Padelco's AI features use the training data described in our Privacy Policy, and only for the purpose of providing coaching feedback to you — not to build advertising profiles or for any purpose beyond operating the app.

No exaggerated claims

We don't claim Padelco's AI coaching replaces a human coach or guarantees improved performance. It's a tool to support your training, built and described honestly about what it can and can't do.
