How to request deletion of your Padelco account and data.

To delete your Padelco account and data, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. An in-app deletion option is planned — see below.
Deleting your account removes your profile, training data, uploaded photos and videos, performance history, and preferences from active use.
Padelco currently supports deleting your entire account and its associated data. It does not yet offer a way to delete only specific pieces of information — such as a single training session — while keeping the rest of your account active. If you need only certain information removed, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can outside of a full account deletion.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy. This information is not used for any other purpose.
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
We plan to add a self-service account deletion option directly within the app. Until then, deletion requests are handled by email as described above.
