The terms that govern your use of the Padelco app.
Last updated July 8, 2026
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Padelco. If you are using Padelco on behalf of a minor or with parental permission, you are responsible for ensuring that use complies with applicable law.
Using Padelco requires an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your use of Padelco is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which describes behavior that is not allowed on the platform.
Photos, videos, and training data you upload or capture through Padelco remain yours. By using the app, you grant us the rights needed to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of providing Padelco's features — we don't use it for any other purpose.
You are responsible for the content you upload or capture through Padelco, and for having the right to share it with us for this purpose.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Padelco, you agree that we can use them to improve the app without any obligation to you. This doesn’t affect your rights over your own training data or content, described above.
Padelco provides AI-generated coaching feedback and performance insights. These are informational and provided to support your training — they are not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice, and Padelco does not guarantee their accuracy. See our AI Policy for more detail.
Padelco, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Scriptia Labs or its licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights beyond what's needed to use the app as intended.
Padelco is currently launching and may not be continuously available. We aim to be clear about the app's current stage, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the product matures.
We may add, change, or remove features in Padelco as the product evolves. Where a change materially affects how you use the app, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
Padelco may occasionally link to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and linking to them doesn’t mean we endorse them.
You may stop using Padelco and delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated.
Padelco is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee that the app, including its AI-generated coaching insights, will be error-free or meet every expectation. Padelco is a training aid, not a substitute for professional coaching, medical, or safety advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptia Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Padelco.
[Placeholder: our approach to resolving disputes — including whether disputes are handled through arbitration, small claims court, or another process — will be confirmed with legal counsel and added here before this document is finalized for production use.]
[Placeholder: governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed with legal counsel based on Scriptia Labs' registered entity.] These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
You may not use Padelco if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to a government embargo or sanctions restricting the use of software like Padelco, or if you are on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you downloaded Padelco from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following also applies. These terms are an agreement between you and Scriptia Labs only, not with Apple or Google, and Apple and Google are not responsible for Padelco or its content.
Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Padelco. In the event Padelco fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price, if any, but that is their only warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses, or damages are our sole responsibility, not theirs.
Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to Padelco, including product liability claims, claims that Padelco fails to meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or claims under consumer protection law. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
