How to request deletion of your Speaklio account and data, including your recordings.

To delete your Speaklio account and data, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. An in-app deletion option is planned — see below.
Deleting your account removes your profile, voice recordings, transcripts, practice sessions, scores, coaching conversations, progress history, and preferences from active use.
You can delete individual practice sessions and their recordings within the app where that option is offered. To remove everything, you can delete your entire account and its associated data. If you need only certain information removed and can’t do it in-app, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or basic subscription records required by the app store, consistent with the retention practices in our Privacy Policy. This information is not used for any other purpose.
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
We plan to add a self-service full-account deletion option directly within the app. Until then, account deletion requests are handled by email as described above.
