How to request deletion of your Voice Agents data.

Voice Agents is a product developed by Scriptia Labs, as shown on its listing. To request deletion of your Voice Agents data, email [email protected].
Please: (1) send your message from the email address associated with your account, (2) use the subject line "Voice Agents data deletion request", and (3) tell us whether you want all of your data deleted or only specific information, such as particular call recordings or transcripts. Sending from your account email lets us verify the request.
A deletion request removes your account and business details, call recordings, conversation transcripts, appointment and lead records, agent configuration, and preferences from active use. If you ask for your full account to be deleted, everything linked to it is removed and cannot be recovered.
You can ask us to delete your entire Voice Agents account and all associated data, or only specific pieces of information — such as particular call recordings or transcripts — while keeping the rest of your account active. Tell us which you want in your email and we will do what we reasonably can. To delete your whole account under the GDPR right to erasure, see our Account Deletion page.
After deletion we may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or basic billing records required by law, consistent with the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy. Any such data is kept only for as long as the applicable legal retention period requires — typically no more than 90 days after your request, unless a specific legal obligation requires longer — and is not used for any other purpose.
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
We plan to add a self-service deletion option within Voice Agents. Until then, deletion requests are handled by email as described above.
