Bravo Data Deletion

How to delete your Bravo data.

Última actualización: 5 de septiembre de 2026

How to ask

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside Bravo, in the parent area under Settings. That is the fastest route and it needs nothing from us. You will be asked to sign in again first, so that the request comes from the account holder rather than from whoever is holding the device.

If you cannot reach the app, write to [email protected] from the address on the account, saying whether you want everything deleted or only part of it.

What deletion removes

Deleting removes the parent's account record and email address, the child's first name and age if they were entered, every child profile on the account, all level progress and every recorded attempt, the notation and reminder settings, and the anonymous usage events tied to the account. It also clears what the app has stored locally on the device.

Once it is done we cannot recover any of it, and we cannot restore it if you sign up again with the same address.

Deleting part of it

You can remove a single child profile without closing the account, which takes that child's progress with it and leaves the rest of the family's untouched. Closing the account removes all of it.

If you only want to stop paying for Bravo and keep your child's progress, cancelling a subscription is enough on its own and does not delete anything.

What we may keep

We may keep a limited amount of information after deletion where the law requires it, for example records of a transaction that tax law obliges us to hold. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so purchase records also sit with them under their own retention rules, and deleting your Bravo account does not reach those.

Anything we keep is kept only for that purpose and for no longer than necessary. **No child's practice record is ever part of it.**

How long it takes

In-app deletion happens immediately. An emailed request is acknowledged within a few business days and completed within the timeframe the law where you live requires, and in any case within a reasonable time. We will tell you when it is done.

Requests from a parent

A parent or guardian can delete a child's data at any time using the routes above, from the adult account the child's records belong to. We will not ask the child for anything, and we do not need the child's involvement to act on the request.
